Confirmation Statement Filing, Lymington
Your confirmation statement, filed on time.
Every limited company must file a confirmation statement at least once every 12 months. The deadline is easy to miss, and the consequences — a struck-off company — are disproportionate to how simple the filing actually is. Supreme Consulting handles it for you on a fixed fee, with your deadline monitored from the start.
- Your filing deadline tracked and never missed
- Company details reviewed and updated before submission
- Companies House acknowledgement received and filed away
- Fixed fee, no surprise charges when the deadline arrives
No long-term contract required. If the arrangement is not working after three months, you leave with your records clean and nothing outstanding.

Sound familiar?
Another deadline you did not put in the diary.
Companies House does not send a reliable reminder before your confirmation statement is due. The review period rolls around, the 14-day filing window opens, and most directors only notice when they spot a late warning — or miss it entirely. Getting struck off is a fixable problem, but it costs time and money that the original filing would not have.
- The annual deadline arrived without a reminder from Companies House
- Not sure whether registered office, PSC register, or share details need updating before filing
- Filed it yourself and left wondering whether Companies House actually processed it
What a handled filing looks like
Your deadline is logged when you come on board. A review of your company details happens before anything is submitted. Once Companies House confirms receipt, you have a record. You do not have to think about it again until next year.
- Your review period end date and filing deadline tracked from day one
- Registered office, SIC codes, PSC register, and share capital reviewed before submission
- Confirmation of acceptance from Companies House received and stored on your file
- Fixed fee quoted upfront — no hourly rates appearing after the event

A straightforward fixed-fee service that covers every step from deadline monitoring through to Companies House confirmation.

Any updates are flagged and applied before the submission goes in. Filing incorrect information is corrected before it becomes a problem.
Included as standardSubmission and Confirmation
The confirmation statement is filed electronically with Companies House. Once accepted, you receive a copy of the acknowledgement for your records. If Companies House queries anything, that is handled without you needing to contact them directly.

Why Lymington directors use us for this
There are plenty of accountants who will file a confirmation statement. Fewer will track your deadline unprompted, check your company details are still accurate, and tell you when something needs updating.
Your deadline is our responsibility
Supreme Consulting has managed company secretarial filings for limited companies since 2005. Your confirmation statement deadline is logged when you come on board, not when you happen to remember it. Directors who have missed filings before tend to find this particular arrangement rather useful.
Details reviewed before anything is filed
A confirmation statement filed with outdated PSC details or the wrong SIC code is not a clean filing. Before submission, your company information is checked against what is currently held at Companies House. Corrections happen before the deadline, not after a rejection.
Fixed fee, quoted in advance
You know what the filing costs before agreeing to anything. No hourly rates applied retrospectively, no extra charge because the details needed updating. Transparent pricing is how Supreme Consulting has worked since the firm was founded.
Up and running in four straightforward steps
The process from first conversation to filed confirmation statement involves minimal effort on your side. This is what it looks like.
A brief discovery call
A no-obligation conversation to understand your company setup, when your next confirmation statement is due, and whether any details need reviewing. It takes less time than filling in the form yourself.
A clear fixed-fee proposal
You receive a written proposal with the fee and scope confirmed. No ambiguity about what is included and what is not. If you want to add payroll, VAT, or year-end accounts at the same time, that can be bundled.
We handle the filing
Your company details are reviewed, any changes are applied, and the confirmation statement is filed with Companies House. You are notified when it is accepted. There is nothing you need to log in to or submit yourself.
One less thing to track
The next deadline is already in the diary. Your company remains in good standing at Companies House without you needing to think about it. Which is, frankly, how compliance should work.
“Very clear and gives excellent clarity on all situations when I am in doubt. Communication is always prompt, professional, and easy to understand, which makes dealing with finances far less stressful. They take the time to explain things.”
A few things directors usually ask
What exactly is a confirmation statement and what does it confirm?
A confirmation statement is an annual filing with Companies House that confirms the information held on your company record is accurate and up to date. It covers your registered office address, SIC codes, statement of capital, shareholder details, and your persons with significant control register. It replaced the old annual return in 2016. It does not replace your accounts or corporation tax return — it is a separate obligation, and missing it can result in your company being struck off the register.
What does the confirmation statement filing service cost?
Supreme Consulting charges a fixed fee for the service, quoted in advance before any work begins. The fee covers deadline monitoring, a review of your company details, any necessary updates, and the Companies House filing itself. The current Companies House filing fee (£13 online) is included in the scope. If you are an existing client with a bundled package, confirmation statement filing may already be covered.
My company details are probably out of date — is that a problem?
Not at this stage, but it does need to be addressed before the confirmation statement is filed. Companies House requires that the information submitted is accurate at the time of filing. If your registered office, SIC code, or PSC details have changed since the last filing, those updates are applied as part of the process. Incorrect filings create more work to correct later, so it is worth getting them right the first time.
Is there a long-term contract or minimum commitment?
No. There is no lock-in period. You can engage Supreme Consulting for confirmation statement filing as a standalone service, or as part of a broader monthly package covering accounts, tax, and payroll. If you decide the arrangement is not right for you, you leave with your company records in order and nothing owed beyond work already completed.
My company has been dormant for a year — does it still need to file?
Yes. A dormant company still has an obligation to file a confirmation statement with Companies House each year. The dormant status relates to your accounts filing with Companies House and your corporation tax position with HMRC — it does not remove the confirmation statement requirement. Supreme Consulting handles dormant company confirmation statements and dormant accounts filings together where needed.
Can you handle the confirmation statement alongside my year-end accounts?
Yes, and it is often the most practical arrangement. Year-end accounts, corporation tax return, and confirmation statement tend to fall around similar points in the calendar for owner-managed limited companies. Combining them means one conversation, one review of your company details, and one less thing to coordinate separately. A bundled fixed-fee quote can be provided to cover all three.
