Payroll Specialist Ringwood
Payroll handled properly, every pay run.
Many Ringwood businesses find payroll straightforward until something goes wrong — a late RTI submission, a PAYE discrepancy, or a CIS return that does not quite add up. Supreme Consulting runs payroll as a fully managed bureau service. Fixed monthly fee, responses within one working day, and two decades of hands-on experience behind every submission.
- RTI submissions filed accurately and on time, every month
- PAYE liabilities calculated and reported before the deadline arrives
- CIS payroll handled for contractors and subcontractors without the guesswork
- One fixed monthly fee — no surprises when the invoice arrives
No long-term contract. If the arrangement is not working after three months, you leave with clean payroll records and nothing outstanding.

Sound familiar?
Payroll taking longer than it should every month?
Running payroll in-house sounds manageable until the staff changes, the tax codes shift, or a subcontractor asks about their CIS deduction statement. Most small businesses in Ringwood handle payroll themselves until a penalty notice arrives or an employee raises a query they cannot confidently answer. It is one of those tasks that is easy to get mostly right and surprisingly painful to get slightly wrong.
- RTI submissions filed late or incorrectly, drawing unwanted HMRC attention
- CIS deductions miscalculated, leaving contractor relationships and compliance at risk
- No clear monthly payroll summary — just a spreadsheet and a hope it balances
What a managed payroll looks like
Every pay run processed accurately, every submission filed on time, and every query answered in plain English. Payroll off your plate without losing visibility of what is happening.
- RTI filed on time every month — HMRC correspondence stays off your desk
- CIS deductions calculated correctly and reported, with monthly statements for subcontractors
- A clear payroll summary each period so you always know where you stand
- One fixed monthly fee with no hidden charges for additional runs or queries

What the payroll service covers
A fully managed payroll bureau covering every compliance obligation, with fixed monthly pricing and direct access to whoever is handling your account.
PAYE and RTI Submissions
Every pay run calculated and submitted to HMRC on time, with full employer and employee PAYE figures reconciled each period. Tax code changes, new starters, leavers, and statutory payments are all handled as part of the service. You receive a clear payroll summary before anything is processed.
Included as standardCIS Payroll for Contractors
If you engage subcontractors under the Construction Industry Scheme, deductions are calculated correctly and monthly CIS returns filed with HMRC. Subcontractor verification is handled, and monthly deduction statements are produced so there are no disputes come year end. CIS compliance is one of the more unforgiving areas of payroll — getting the deduction rate wrong creates problems on both sides.
Available as an add-onAuto-Enrolment and Pension Compliance
Workplace pension contributions are calculated and reported each pay period, with records maintained for your auto-enrolment obligations. New employees are assessed at the point of joining, and opt-in and opt-out elections are administered correctly. The paperwork rarely feels urgent until The Pensions Regulator sends a letter.
Available as an add-onBusinesses of different kinds, the same result
Clients range from sole traders with one member of staff to small limited companies running weekly payroll runs across multiple sites in Hampshire.

What makes this worth switching for
There are plenty of accountancy firms that will run your payroll. Fewer will catch a CIS rate error before HMRC does, or explain a tax code change in a sentence.
Over Twenty Years Running Payroll
Supreme Consulting has been processing payroll for small businesses since 2005. That covers multiple changes to RTI, PAYE rates, auto-enrolment rules, and CIS reporting requirements. When the rules change, you will not be the one researching what to do next.
Fixed Monthly Fee, No Surprises
The payroll fee is agreed upfront based on your headcount and pay frequency. Additional queries, new starter processing, and leaver calculations are included — there is no hourly rate sitting behind the quote waiting to appear on an invoice.
A Response Within One Working Day
Payroll queries are time-sensitive. An employee asking about their payslip or a subcontractor chasing a deduction statement cannot wait a week. Questions get answered the day you ask them, or the next working day at the outside.
Up and running in four straightforward steps
The transition takes a few days, not weeks. Your previous payroll records are carried over cleanly and your first managed pay run is processed without you doing anything beyond confirming the numbers.
A Brief Discovery Call
A short conversation — typically twenty minutes — to understand your pay frequency, headcount, whether CIS applies, and what your current setup looks like. No obligation and no preparation needed on your side.
A Clear, Fixed-Fee Proposal
You receive a written proposal covering exactly what is included, the monthly fee, and when the service begins. The pricing is fixed to your headcount so you know what you are committing to.
We Handle the Transition
Employee records, PAYE references, pension scheme details, and any outstanding CIS information are migrated across. If your previous records need tidying before the first run, that is dealt with as part of onboarding.
Payroll Off Your Plate
Each pay period you confirm hours or salary changes, and the payroll is processed, filed with HMRC, and reported back to you. Which is, frankly, how it should have been working all along.
“I’m so grateful for the help received with my small cleaning business. Stuart holds your hand and advises throughout!”
Things Ringwood businesses usually ask first
Do you handle CIS payroll as well as standard PAYE?
Yes. CIS payroll for contractors and subcontractors is a distinct service with its own monthly return obligations, verification requirements, and deduction rate logic. Supreme Consulting runs CIS returns alongside or separately from standard PAYE payroll, depending on what your business needs. Subcontractor deduction statements are produced each month as part of the service.
What does the payroll service cost and what is included?
Pricing is fixed monthly and based on your headcount and pay frequency. The standard service covers payroll calculations, employee payslips, RTI submissions, and a payroll summary each period. Auto-enrolment administration and CIS returns are available as additions. You will receive a written quote before anything begins, and the fee does not change unless your headcount does.
My payroll records are in a bit of a state — is that a problem?
It is a common starting point. Before the first managed pay run, we review your existing employee records, PAYE reference, and any outstanding submissions to identify what needs correcting. If there are gaps or errors, these are addressed during onboarding. The aim is to begin with a clean record, not to inherit someone else’s problems.
Is there a minimum contract or a notice period?
There is no long-term contract. If the service is not working for you after three months, you give notice and leave with a full set of clean payroll records and employee data in a format you can use elsewhere. Nothing is owed beyond the months already serviced.
Can you take over mid-tax-year without causing a PAYE problem?
Yes, and it is straightforward when handled correctly. Employee year-to-date figures are carried across from your previous payroll records so that cumulative tax calculations remain accurate. HMRC is notified of the change of agent in the normal way. The first run under the new arrangement will reconcile with everything that has gone before.
Will I know what my PAYE liability is before the payment deadline?
Yes. A clear payroll summary is produced each period showing the employer PAYE and National Insurance liability due to HMRC, along with the date it needs to be paid. You will not be calculating what is owed on the morning the payment is due.
