Sound familiar?
Still not sure what your company owes this year?
Most limited company directors are reasonably on top of running their business. The accounting side is another matter. Deadlines arrive faster than expected, the corporation tax figure is a guess until it is not, and the director’s self assessment sits on the to-do list a month longer than it should. None of this is a crisis individually, but together it adds up to more time and more uncertainty than it needs to be.
- Corporation tax filing deadline approaching with no clear figure in sight
- Director’s self assessment left until the last minute every single year
- No monthly picture of how the company is actually performing
What a well-run company setup looks like
Compliance handled on a known schedule. Tax figures visible well in advance. A monthly view of how the business is doing. That is what working with an accountant who does this day in, day out should feel like.
- Corporation tax calculated and filed on time, with no last-minute surprises
- Director’s self assessment prepared and submitted months before the January deadline
- Quarterly management accounts so you know where the business stands
- Fixed monthly fee covering the full compliance scope, clearly agreed upfront

Core compliance as standard, with cloud bookkeeping, payroll, and management accounts available as add-ons. One fixed monthly fee covers the agreed scope.
Year-End Accounts and Corporation Tax
Statutory accounts and your CT600 prepared and filed on time, every year. You will know the tax figure well before it is due, giving you time to plan rather than scramble. Confirmation statement filing is included as standard.
Included as standardDirector’s Self Assessment and Personal Tax
Your SA100 prepared from the figures we already hold, so you are not starting from scratch in January. Dividend income, salary, and any other sources are factored in correctly. You see the liability before it is filed.

What makes this different from the next accountant along
There are plenty of accountants who will file your accounts. Fewer who will tell you something useful before you ask.
Over twenty years of company work
Supreme Consulting has been filing limited company accounts, CT600s, and director’s returns since 2005. That is a long time of seeing what goes wrong and learning how to stop it happening. You are not an experiment.
Commercial advice, not just compliance
Filing your accounts accurately is the baseline. Knowing whether your salary and dividend split is tax-efficient, or spotting that your corporation tax reserve is short before the payment date, is the part most accountants skip. Supreme Consulting does not.
Fixed fees, agreed in advance
No hourly rates, no invoice at the end of a call you did not expect. The scope is agreed, the fee is fixed, and you know what you are paying before you sign anything. That is, frankly, how it should work.
Up and running in four steps
Switching accountants is considerably less disruptive than most people expect. Supreme Consulting handles the transition; you provide the access.
A brief discovery call
A no-obligation conversation to understand your company, your current setup, and what has been bothering you about the existing arrangement. It takes around twenty minutes and gives you a clear picture of whether this is the right fit.
A fixed-fee proposal
You will receive a written proposal covering exactly what is included, what it costs, and when things get done. No vague scopes, no hourly rate that expands as questions get asked.
Onboarding and handover
Supreme Consulting contacts your previous accountant, requests the handover files, and migrates your records to the cloud. You share access to your accounting software and the team takes it from there.
Accounts running properly
Deadlines tracked, returns filed on time, and your tax position visible throughout the year. The compliance side of running a limited company stops being the thing you put off dealing with.
“I’m so grateful for the help received with my small cleaning business. Stuart holds your hand and advises throughout!”
Things people usually ask before getting started
Do you handle the full limited company compliance picture, or just year-end accounts?
The full picture. Year-end accounts, CT600, confirmation statement, director’s self assessment, and registered office service are all within scope. Payroll, VAT, and monthly bookkeeping can be added as required. Most limited company clients take the core compliance package and add bookkeeping once they see how much time it frees up.
What does it cost, and what exactly is included?
Supreme Consulting charges a fixed monthly fee based on the scope of services agreed upfront. There are no hourly rates and no invoice at the end of a call. The proposal you receive before signing anything sets out exactly what is covered. Add-on services such as payroll, VAT, and management accounts are priced separately and clearly.
My books are behind and my previous accountant was not great. Is that a problem?
It is a common starting point. Supreme Consulting offers catch-up bookkeeping as part of onboarding and will be straightforward with you about what it involves and what it costs. Messy records are not a reason to delay getting the right setup in place; they are usually the reason to act sooner.
Is there a minimum contract or a tie-in period?
No long-term contract. The arrangement works on a rolling monthly basis. If it is not working for you, you give notice and leave with your records in order and nothing outstanding. The goal is that you stay because the service is useful, not because leaving is complicated.
Can you advise on the most tax-efficient way to pay myself as a director?
Yes. The salary and dividend split is one of the most straightforward ways to reduce the overall tax burden for a director-shareholder, and it is something Supreme Consulting reviews as standard. The right structure depends on your personal income, other earnings, and the company’s profit level, so the advice is specific to your situation rather than a generic rule of thumb.
How far in advance will I know what my corporation tax bill is going to be?
With monthly bookkeeping in place, a reasonably accurate corporation tax estimate is visible throughout the year rather than arriving as a surprise once the accounts are prepared. For most limited companies, you will know the approximate figure at least three to four months before the payment deadline, which gives you time to manage cash flow accordingly.
