Limited Company Accountant Tiptoe

Limited Company Accountant Tiptoe

Your limited company accounts, handled properly.

Most owner-managed businesses near Tiptoe deal with the same thing: compliance that piles up, a tax bill that arrives as a surprise, and an accountant who is hard to reach. Supreme Consulting has worked with limited companies across Hampshire since 2005. Fixed-fee pricing, Xero and QuickBooks certified, and a response within one working day.

  • Your corporation tax liability known well before the deadline
  • Year-end accounts filed accurately and on time, every year
  • Director salary and dividend strategy reviewed annually
  • One point of contact who already knows your business

No long-term contract. If the arrangement is not working after three months, you leave with clean books and nothing outstanding.

Takes the Time to Explain Everything

Sound familiar?

Running a limited company is one thing. The admin is another.

Owner-managed businesses in Tiptoe and the surrounding area tend to arrive at the same point: compliance has drifted, the year-end feels like a scramble, and corporation tax is more of an estimate than a number. Add in payroll, VAT, confirmation statements, and a director’s Self Assessment, and the administrative load is not trivial. None of it is complicated with the right support. Most of it is preventable.

  • ✕ Corporation tax bill arrives with little warning and less time to plan
  • ✕ Year-end accounts rushed because records were not kept current
  • ✕ Director pay structure never reviewed — likely paying more tax than necessary

What a well-run limited company looks like

When compliance is handled on a rolling basis, nothing piles up and nothing surprises you. Your tax position is visible throughout the year, your filings go in on time, and the advice you receive is grounded in what your business actually needs.

  • ✓ Corporation tax calculated and visible months before the due date
  • ✓ Books kept current so year-end is a formality, not a fire drill
  • ✓ Director salary and dividend mix reviewed to keep your tax bill sensible
  • ✓ Fixed monthly fee — no unexpected invoices at year-end

Why Supreme Consulting

What makes the difference in practice

There are plenty of accountants who will file your accounts. Fewer will tell you what your tax bill is in advance, explain the numbers in plain English, and still pick up the phone.

📅

Over 20 years with owner-managed companies

Supreme Consulting has worked with limited companies since 2005. That means director remuneration planning, IR35 exposure, company car decisions, and the messy middle of growing a business are all familiar ground. You will not need to explain how your company structure works before getting a useful answer.

💷

Fixed fees, no year-end surprises

Pricing is agreed upfront, scoped to your business, and does not change unless the scope does. There are no opaque hourly rates and no invoice that arrives larger than expected because the accounts took longer this year. You know what you are paying before the work starts.

☁️

Cloud accounting with real-time visibility

Working on Xero and QuickBooks Online means your accounts are current and accessible, not locked in a desktop file somewhere. Management reports, cash flow positions, and VAT liabilities are visible when you need them, not just at year-end.

Getting started

Up and running in four straightforward steps

The transition from your current accountant is handled by us. Most clients are fully onboarded within two weeks.

1

A short discovery call

We start with a no-obligation conversation to understand your business, your current setup, and what you need from your accountant. There are no forms to fill in beforehand and no preparation required on your part.

2

A clear, fixed-fee proposal

You will receive a written proposal covering the scope of services, timelines, and pricing. Everything is itemised so you can see exactly what is included and what is not.

3

Onboarding and cloud setup

We notify your previous accountant, retrieve your records, and migrate everything to the cloud. If your books need catching up, we handle that too and give you a clear picture of where things stand before we move forward.

4

An accountant you can actually reach

From here, compliance is handled on a rolling basis with nothing left to accumulate. Regular check-ins keep your tax position current, and questions get answered the day you ask them. Which is, frankly, the way it should be.

Questions

Things people usually ask before getting in touch

Do you work with limited companies in Tiptoe specifically, or only Lymington?+

Supreme Consulting is based in Lymington and works with limited companies across Hampshire on a remote and cloud-first basis. Tiptoe, Hordle, New Milton, and the surrounding villages are all within the area we cover regularly. Distance has not been a barrier to working together since we moved to cloud accounting — your records are accessible from wherever you are, and so are we.

What does a limited company accounting package actually cost?+

Pricing is fixed and scoped to your business. A standard limited company package covers year-end statutory accounts, corporation tax return (CT600), confirmation statement, and support throughout the year. Add-ons for bookkeeping, payroll, VAT, and management accounts are priced separately and clearly. You will receive a written proposal before any work begins, and the fee does not change unless the scope does.

My books are behind. Is that a problem for switching?+

It is not uncommon. Catch-up bookkeeping is something we handle regularly, and the first thing we do is give you an honest assessment of where things stand and what it will take to get them current. The catch-up work is quoted separately so there are no surprises. Most clients are in a clean position within a few weeks of starting.

Is there a minimum contract or a tie-in period?+

There is no long-term contract. Engagements run on a rolling monthly basis. If the arrangement is not working, you give notice and we hand everything over cleanly — all your records, filed documents, and cloud access. You will not be left chasing for your own data.

Can you handle the director’s Self Assessment as well as the company accounts?+

Yes. Most of our limited company clients include the director’s personal Self Assessment as part of their package. This covers salary, dividend income, rental income if applicable, and any capital gains. Having the company accounts and the personal return handled together means nothing gets missed between the two, and your overall tax position is reviewed as a whole.

How far in advance will I know what my corporation tax bill is?+

If your bookkeeping is current throughout the year, your estimated corporation tax liability is visible well before the year-end. You will not receive an invoice from HMRC and then start working backwards. For companies on a monthly bookkeeping retainer, the position is updated monthly as a matter of course.

Less to worry about each month, starting now.
