Financial Projections Hampshire

Financial Projections Hampshire

Know your numbers before decisions get expensive.

Most Hampshire business owners make significant financial decisions on incomplete information. A well-built projection changes that. We produce financial models and forecasts that are grounded in your actual trading history, not generic templates. Fixed-fee pricing, replies within one working day, and 21 years of hands-on business experience behind every number.

  • Realistic revenue and cost projections built from your own figures
  • Cash flow modelled month by month so shortfalls appear early
  • Scenario planning that shows what happens if growth is slower or faster
  • Bank and investor-ready forecasts formatted to professional standards

No long-term contract. If the work is not what you needed after three months, you leave with your files, your data, and nothing owed.

Sound familiar?

Making big calls without the numbers to back them.

Hiring, taking on a lease, approaching a lender, or deciding whether to invest in equipment are all decisions that deserve a proper financial picture. Most small business owners in Hampshire make those calls on instinct or a rough spreadsheet, which is fine until it is not. The gap between what you think will happen and what actually does is where most preventable problems start.

  • No clear view of cash position three or six months ahead
  • Lender or investor asking for projections you do not currently have
  • Unsure whether the business can absorb a new cost or hire right now

What a solid projection looks like

We build financial models from your actual trading data, not from industry averages or optimistic assumptions. The result is a forecast you can use for planning, for conversations with your bank, or simply for knowing where you stand.

  • Monthly cash flow projected forward with realistic assumptions and early warning flags
  • A professionally formatted forecast ready for lenders, investors, or grant applications
  • Scenario analysis that shows the numbers under different growth or cost outcomes
  • Clear, fixed-fee pricing so you know the cost before work begins

What you get

Financial modelling built around your business

Three core components make up our financial projections service. Each is scoped and priced clearly before we start.

01

Cash Flow Forecasting

Your cash position modelled month by month, using your actual revenue patterns and fixed cost base. Seasonal peaks, payment gaps, and growth investment are all factored in. You see where the pressure points are before they arrive.

Included as standard
02

Profit and Revenue Projections

Revenue projections built from your trading history and stated assumptions, with cost structures modelled against realistic growth scenarios. We run multiple scenarios so you can see the range of outcomes, not just the optimistic one.

Core deliverable
03

Bank and Investor-Ready Models

If you are approaching a lender, applying for funding, or preparing for a board conversation, we format your projections to the standard those audiences expect. Assumptions are documented, sensitivities are shown, and the model holds up to scrutiny.

Why Supreme Consulting

What makes the difference in practice

There are reasons clients stay with us. Here are the ones that come up most often.

📊

Models built from your data

We do not start from a generic template and fill in your name. Every projection we produce is built from your actual accounts, your trading history, and assumptions you have agreed with us. That means the numbers hold up when someone asks how you arrived at them.

💡

Commercial sense behind the numbers

Stuart Green has been working with small businesses for over 20 years. When a projection looks off, he will tell you why. The model is only part of the service; the conversation about what it means for your decisions is where most of the value sits.

💷

Fixed fee, no surprises

You will know the cost of the work before we start. No hourly billing, no scope creep by stealth. If your requirements change materially, we discuss it and agree a revised scope before anything changes on the invoice.

Getting started

Up and running in four steps

The process is straightforward. Most clients go from initial call to a completed projection within two to three weeks.

1

A brief discovery call

We start with a no-obligation conversation to understand what you need the projection for, what data you already have, and what decisions you are trying to inform. It usually takes around 20 minutes.

2

A clear, fixed-fee proposal

You receive a written proposal covering scope, deliverables, timeline, and cost. No hidden extras. If it works for you, we confirm and get started. If it does not, no pressure and no invoice.

3

We build the model

We pull together your data, build the projection, and come back to you with questions only when genuinely necessary. You are not expected to do the analytical heavy lifting.

4

Your forecast, ready to use

You receive the completed model along with a plain-English summary of what it shows. You go into your next lender meeting, planning conversation, or board discussion knowing the numbers and being able to explain them.

Questions

Things people ask before getting started

What information do I need to provide to get a financial projection done?+

At a minimum, we need your recent profit and loss accounts, a breakdown of your fixed and variable costs, and a clear sense of what the projection is for. If your records are held in Xero or QuickBooks Online, we can pull most of what we need directly. If your books are less tidy, we will tell you what is missing and help you fill the gaps before we model anything.

How much does a financial projection cost?+

It depends on the scope. A straightforward 12-month cash flow and P&L projection for a small owner-managed business is simpler to produce than a three-year model with multiple scenarios for a lender pack. We scope the work before quoting, and you will have a fixed price confirmed before we start. There are no hourly rates and no open-ended bills.

My accounts are not in great shape. Can you still produce a projection?+

Yes, though the quality of a projection depends on the quality of the underlying data. If your books need tidying before we can model reliably, we will tell you that upfront and give you a separate cost for any catch-up work required. It is better to know that at the start than to receive a projection built on shaky foundations.

Is there a long-term contract?+

No. Financial projections are typically scoped as a one-off piece of work. If you want ongoing management accounts or quarterly forecasting as part of a monthly retainer, that is available, but there is no minimum commitment. You can engage us for a single project and go from there.

Can the projection be updated if my trading figures change significantly?+

Yes. We can build the model in a way that makes reforecasting straightforward when your assumptions change. If you are six months into the year and your revenue is tracking differently from the original projection, we can update the model on agreed terms. We will discuss this at the scoping stage so you know what an update would cost before you need one.

How far ahead should a financial projection look?+

For most small businesses, 12 months is the practical minimum and 24 to 36 months is appropriate for lending or investment purposes. The further out the projection, the more dependent it is on assumptions rather than data, and we are clear about that distinction in every model we produce. A three-year projection is an informed view of the future, not a guarantee.
