Sound familiar?
Not sure what your company actually owes this year?
A lot of Ringwood limited company owners are in the same position: the year-end is approaching, the books are roughly up to date, and there is a vague awareness that a corporation tax bill is coming — but no real clarity on the number. Add a director’s self assessment, VAT quarters, and payroll into the mix, and it becomes a significant amount of administration that sits uneasily alongside running the business itself.
- ✕ Corporation tax bill arrives with little warning and no time to plan
- ✕ Director’s self assessment left until January, filed under pressure
- ✕ No clear picture of whether the salary and dividend split is tax-efficient
What a well-run company looks like
These are largely avoidable problems when the compliance is handled consistently and the numbers are visible year-round. That is the straightforward version of what we do for limited companies in Ringwood.
- ✓ Corporation tax calculated and planned months before the deadline
- ✓ Director’s self assessment prepared early, with your tax bill confirmed in good time
- ✓ Salary and dividend mix reviewed annually to keep your personal tax position efficient
- ✓ Fixed monthly fee covering the full compliance picture — no surprise invoices

Everything your limited company needs
Core compliance handled end to end, with advisory support built in as standard — not sold separately at an hourly rate.
Year-End Accounts and Corporation Tax
Your statutory accounts and CT600 are prepared, reviewed with you, and filed on time. You will know your corporation tax liability well before it falls due, which means no scramble to find the cash in January.
Included as standardDirector Self Assessment and Payroll
Your personal tax return is prepared alongside the company accounts — the two inform each other, and doing them in isolation wastes time and risks errors. Payroll, RTI submissions, and P60s are handled throughout the year as part of the same engagement.
Included as standardManagement Accounts and Advisory
If you want more than compliance, quarterly management accounts give you a clear view of profitability, cash flow, and where the business is heading. Part-time CFO support is available for companies that need a finance function without the overhead of a full-time hire.
Available as add-onConsistent results across different businesses
We work with owner-managed companies, sole traders, and property investors across Hampshire. The feedback tends to centre on the same things: clarity, speed, and plain-English communication.

Why Ringwood businesses choose us
There are plenty of accountants within a short drive of Ringwood. These are the reasons clients tell us they stayed.
Over 20 years doing this
Supreme Consulting was founded in 2005. That means two decades of working with owner-managed limited companies, watching which structures hold up under HMRC scrutiny and which ones do not. You are not explaining the basics to someone learning on the job.
Fixed fee, no surprises
Every engagement is priced upfront and quoted as a fixed monthly fee. There are no hourly rates running in the background, no additional charge for a phone call, and no invoice that looks different from the one you agreed. The scope is clear before anything starts.
Cloud books, current numbers
We work on Xero and QuickBooks Online, which means your books are current and accessible rather than sitting in a folder somewhere being updated once a year. Real-time visibility into your company’s position is considerably more useful than finding out how last year went in February.
Up and running in four steps
Switching accountants feels like more effort than it is. Most of the work happens on our side, not yours.
A brief discovery call
We start with a short, no-obligation conversation to understand your company, your current setup, and what you actually need. There are no forms to fill in before the call — just a conversation.
A clear, fixed-fee proposal
You will receive a written proposal with a fixed monthly fee, a full breakdown of what is included, and expected timelines. Nothing is left vague. If the scope changes, we tell you before doing the work.
We handle the transition
If you are switching from another accountant, we manage the professional handover, retrieve your records, and migrate everything to the cloud. The previous accountant is contacted on your behalf — you do not need to get involved in that process.
Your company, running properly
From here, deadlines are monitored, compliance is handled, and you receive proactive contact from us rather than chasing us for updates. The part of running a limited company that most owners find least enjoyable is, for the most part, off your plate.

Things people usually want to know
Do you handle everything a limited company needs, or just the year-end accounts?
The full picture. Year-end statutory accounts, corporation tax (CT600), confirmation statement, director’s self assessment, payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping are all services we provide and can combine into a single monthly engagement. Most limited company owners find it simpler to have one firm handling the whole compliance function rather than splitting it between providers who do not talk to each other.
How is the fee structured, and what is included?
Everything is quoted as a fixed monthly fee before work begins. The fee covers a defined scope — typically year-end accounts, corporation tax, confirmation statement, and director’s self assessment as the core package, with payroll, VAT, and bookkeeping added depending on what you need. There are no hourly rates and no additional charges for normal correspondence. If you need something outside the agreed scope, we quote for it separately and in advance.
My books are behind. Is that a problem?
It is a common starting point. Catch-up bookkeeping is something we do regularly, and the first step is simply understanding how far back the work goes and what records are available. There is usually an additional fee for bringing books up to date, which we quote clearly before starting. Once the backlog is cleared, the ongoing monthly service keeps everything current.
Am I tied into a long-term contract?
No. There is no minimum term and no exit fee. If you decide after three months that it is not the right fit, you leave with clean, up-to-date records and nothing outstanding. We prefer to keep clients because the service works, not because the contract makes leaving awkward.
Can you advise on the most tax-efficient way to take money from my company?
Yes, and it is something we revisit every year rather than setting once and forgetting. The optimal combination of salary, dividends, and pension contributions changes as personal circumstances change, as government tax thresholds shift, and as the company’s own profitability changes. We factor this into the annual accounts review rather than treating it as a separate advisory engagement.
How far in advance will I know what my corporation tax bill is?
Generally several months before it falls due. Once the year-end accounts are prepared, you will know the corporation tax figure and the payment deadline with enough time to plan the cash. For companies with quarterly management accounts, the estimated liability is visible throughout the year — which removes most of the uncertainty around the year-end number.
